Nyack, N.Y. Apr 25, 2017 – Look Good Feel Better®, a program for women who have recently completed or are currently receiving cancer treatment, is being offered at Nyack Hospital on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. The group meets in the McCormack Conference Room on the first floor of the Union State Bank Cancer Center at the hospital. There is no fee to attend, but registration is required by calling 1-800-227-2345.
The program provides tips and techniques to help women make the most of their appearance while dealing with hair loss and skin changes due to chemotherapy, radiation and other cancer treatments. It is offered through a collaborative effort of the Personal Care Products Council Foundation, the American Cancer Society and the Professional Beauty Association.
