Nyack, N.Y. April 24 , 2017  Lose weight and get healthy with Nyack Hospital’s “Lose to Win” series of motivational classes, which kicks off on Monday, May 1, 2017.  This 8-week series will provide registered participants with the information and inspiration they need to lose weight safely and successfully. Conducted by certified “Lose to Win” instructors, this program offers the latest information on nutrition, exercise and behavior modification. Participants will also have an opportunity to share their success stories and challenges at each session. 

The “Lose to Win” program begins on Monday, May 1, 2017 and runs through Monday, June 19, 2017. Classes will be held once-a-week in the Cafeteria Conference Room on the Hospital’s ground floor on Mondays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Registration for “Lose to Win” is required. The entire 8-week series costs $10 to join.  An ongoing monthly weight loss support group is available to those who complete the “Lose to Win” series.
